What AnswerReady Supports
AnswerReady helps users practice structured 60-second answers for:
- behavioral interviews
- meeting updates
- opinion prompts
- persuasion / recommendation prompts

Common Help Topics
Recording permissions
If recording does not start:
- confirm microphone access is allowed
- for Video Mode, confirm camera access is allowed
- for transcript-based feedback, confirm speech recognition access is allowed
If permissions were previously denied, users should reopen the permission flow in the app or update access from system settings.
Saved recordings or playback
If a saved session will not play back:
- confirm the session was actually saved
- confirm the recording file still exists on the device
- try reopening the session from Home or Progress
Transcript-based feedback
If transcript-based feedback is unavailable:
- confirm speech access is enabled
- confirm the recording contains usable spoken audio
- for video reps, confirm the recording includes microphone audio
Cloud coaching
Cloud coaching requires:
- an active
Proentitlement - a successful transcript
- a healthy coaching backend
If cloud coaching is unavailable, the app should still provide local feedback.
Purchases and restore
Subscriptions and billing are managed by Apple.
Users can:
- restore purchases from inside the app
- manage subscriptions through Apple account settings
- cancel or review billing through Appleās subscription tools
Best Information to Include in a Support Request
Ask users to include:
- device type and OS version
- app version / build
- whether they were using Audio or Video Mode
- whether the issue happened during recording, feedback, saving, playback, transcript, coaching, or purchase flow
- screenshots or screen recordings when possible
- any visible error message text
For backend issues, it is also useful to capture:
- whether the user was Free or Pro
- whether the issue affected transcript-based feedback, cloud coaching, or restore purchases
Privacy and Billing Notes
- Raw recordings are intended to stay local unless the product explicitly states otherwise.
- Cloud coaching should use transcript text and objective metadata, not raw recordings.
- Billing disputes, refunds, and subscription cancellations are generally handled by Apple, not directly in the app.
