By downloading, accessing, or using AnswerReady, you agree to these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The Service
AnswerReady is a structured speaking-practice app designed to help users rehearse short answers for interviews and meetings using guided frameworks, recordings, feedback, and optional cloud coaching.
The app is provided for practice and self-improvement purposes only.
Eligibility
You must be legally permitted to use the app and any related services in your jurisdiction.
Accounts and Identity
The app may work without a traditional sign-in flow, but subscription and entitlement state may still be associated with Apple and RevenueCat identifiers used to deliver Pro features.
Subscriptions and Billing
Some features require a paid subscription.
Current launch subscription structure is intended to include:
- monthly subscription
- annual subscription
- one shared product line across iPhone, iPad, and macOS under the same Apple ecosystem purchase model
All purchases, renewals, billing, cancellation, and refund handling are subject to Apple’s terms and systems.
Auto-renewable subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription:
- it renews automatically unless cancelled before renewal
- billing is managed by Apple
- you can manage or cancel the subscription through your Apple account subscription settings
Trials and offers
Free trials or introductory offers, if available, are subject to Apple eligibility rules and may be limited to one use per subscription group.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the app for unlawful or abusive purposes
- interfere with the app, backend systems, or purchase flows
- attempt to bypass entitlement checks or subscription restrictions
- abuse cloud coaching or backend endpoints
- reverse engineer or misuse the service beyond rights allowed by law
User Content
You are responsible for content you record, speak, save, or submit through the app, including transcripts and coaching requests.
You should not use the app to submit content you do not have the right to use or content that violates applicable law.
Privacy
Your use of the app is also subject to the Privacy Policy:
Availability and Changes
We may:
- modify or update the app
- change, suspend, or discontinue features
- change subscription offerings or Pro feature scope
- add or remove integrations or backend services
We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available on every platform or device.

Feedback and coaching are for general speaking improvement only.
Disclaimers
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee:
- uninterrupted access
- error-free operation
- that every transcript, coaching result, or recording artifact will always be available
- that using the app will produce any specific interview or work outcome
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the app.
If liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the minimum amount required by applicable law.
Termination
We may suspend or limit access to some or all services if we reasonably believe the app, subscription systems, or coaching backend are being misused.
You may stop using the app at any time.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above.
